Affirm in St. Louis, MO is seeking a backend engineer to build and scale data platforms for real-time loan originations and financial reporting.
You will lead engineers through ambiguity, drive quarterly goals, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality systems. Requirements include 4+ years in backend systems with Python or Kotlin, distributed systems, Spark and Airflow, and a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
