Rippling is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Backend to join the Platform team in SF. You will own core backend services and APIs, ensuring high‑volume scalability, reliability, and security while collaborating across product, frontend, and platform teams to deliver robust solutions.
You will work with experienced engineers to elevate standards, participate in reviews, and mentor teammates, driving architectural and implementation excellence within a globally scalable platform.
