Job description
Provident Bank is seeking a Controller to lead the Accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage close, budgeting, and controls. This role partners with executive leadership to drive performance and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Ideal candidate will have 10+ years in banking finance, CPA, and proven ability to lead large teams, implement process improvements, and interact with auditors and regulators to maintain strong governance.
