Job description
First Bank in Richmond, VA is seeking an AVP, Banking Center Manager to lead the branch team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales through in-branch activity and outside calls. This role balances operational and compliance responsibilities with proactive relationship building in the community to grow deposits and loan relationships.
The salary range is $55-$90K annually with comprehensive benefits.
