Job description
Talnt is seeking a Senior Bankruptcy Litigator to represent debtors and stakeholders across complex restructurings, Chapter 11 proceedings, and related matters in federal and state courts in New York. The role demands strategic, results-driven advocacy in high-pressure insolvency environments.
You will develop and execute restructuring strategies, manage adversary matters, and coordinate with financial advisors to advance clients' interests across SDNY and EDNY venues.
