Job description
ABA Centers of New Jersey seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) for our Hackensack, NJ location to lead daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality ABA therapy for children and families. The role supervises BCBAs and RBTs, oversees treatment plans and client documentation, and fosters collaboration across the clinical team.
Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification with about 5 years of ABA experience, demonstrate leadership, and can travel regionally for assessments and program oversight.
