Job description
Proud-Moments seeks a Clinical Lead to support Durham and Burlington clinics. The role focuses on developing and implementing clinical programs, training BCBAs, and mentoring fieldwork students to ensure high-quality, evidence-based ABA treatment.
The Clinical Lead will collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director and admin team to ensure staff are trained, families receive top care, and patient outcomes meet standards. Travel and on-site clinical leadership are required.
