Job description
Star Spectrum ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced clinical leader to supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs/QBAs, and RBTs, ensuring treatment integrity and ethics compliance across the clinic.
The role combines leadership with hands-on clinical work, including assessments, FBAs, and programming aligned with family goals and real-world skill development. You will coach staff, monitor outcomes, and help shape policies as the company grows.
