Job description
Venture Community Services Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior support across day and residential programs. You will coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis services, conduct FBA/FA assessments, and supervise DSPs and managers in implementing Behavior Support Plans.
You will maintain data tracking, develop treatment plans, and ensure DDS/Massachusetts regulations compliance while supporting staff training and collaboration with clinical leadership.
