Job description
All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed BCBA to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across multiple settings. You will conduct functional and skill assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress with data analysis.
In this role you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise RBTs, and provide caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across home and school environments.
