Job description
Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Director of Business Development in San Diego, CA to lead growth in RF/microwave, electronic warfare, radar and MMIC markets. You will drive annual orders, shape a five-year pipeline, and manage a 5–15 person BD team across defense primes and international opportunities.
The role reports to the VP/GM of Defense Systems and requires deep defense electronics expertise, matrix leadership, and a proven track record in delivering multi-year growth.
