Job description

Opengate, Inc. is seeking a Lead Counselor in Somers, NY to assist the Residence Manager in maintaining an effective behavior and habilitation program for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role includes indirect supervision of DSPs and supporting daily residence operations. The Lead Counselor will mentor staff, coordinate safety procedures, document events, and help manage resident activities and funds.
