Job description
Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Behavioral Scientist to translate evidence-based behavioral science into measurable business outcomes. You will partner with senior leadership and product teams to boost member engagement, improve health outcomes, and drive smarter decisions across the enterprise.
You will design and lead research studies, analyze behavioral data, consult on interventions, and scale solutions that matter.
