Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support U.S. benefit programs.
You will liaise with Payroll, People Operations, hotel teams, carriers, brokers, and external partners to ensure accurate enrollments, billing, deductions, and regulatory compliance across multi-state operations. Responsibilities include administering events in Workday, auditing enrollments, handling invoices, and supporting ACA reporting, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state requirements.
