Job description
Lever, Inc. in Duluth, GA is seeking a Senior Benefits Compliance Specialist with hands-on experience in ACA reporting, ERISA, Form 5500, Medicare Part D, and related regulations.
The role is internal and non-client-facing, supporting Benefits Administration and other internal teams that work directly with clients. The ideal candidate will research complex questions, monitor regulatory requirements, support filings and audits, and provide clear guidance to internal teams.
