Job description

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Senior Consultant to lead client interactions and deliver expert evaluation of health and welfare benefit plans. You will act as the primary point of contact, supervise and mentor junior staff, and coordinate with supervisors to guide large-scale accounts.

As the lead consultant, you’ll develop client strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely deliverables while maintaining a client-focused, PeopleFirst approach.
