Job description
Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to oversee health and welfare plans, retirement programs, and related administration. You will analyze data, coordinate with carriers and TPAs, and ensure compliance across multiple states.
The role also involves benefits communications, open enrollment support, and process improvements using HRIS systems such as UKG or Workday. 5+ years of benefits experience preferred.
