Hunter Sage in Downtown Houston is seeking an experienced Benefits Supervisor to lead administration, compliance, and improvement of employee benefits programs. You will balance hands-on administration with team leadership and strategic planning, serving employees, leadership, vendors, and internal partners.
The role requires a strong benefits background, knowledge of ACA/ERISA/ COBRA/ FMLA, and a focus on cost-effective, compliant programs aligned with the organization’s people strategy.
