Job description
Sun Chemical seeks a Senior Benefits Manager to lead US Health & Welfare and Retirement programs for ~2,500 employees and a multi-million budget, with SAP SuccessFactors and Businessolver integration to support a hybrid work model in Parsippany, NJ.
You will manage a three-person team, drive financial governance of self-funded plans, and ensure regulatory alignment (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
