Job description
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Benefits to oversee U.S. employee benefits programs and lead a team of benefits professionals. You will partner with HRBPs and COEs to drive operations, ensure ACA/ERISA compliance, and design strategic initiatives for employee well‑being.
The role is based in Sleepy Hollow or Rensselaer, NY, onsite four days a week, with monthly travel to other NY offices. Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in benefits required; CEBS preferred.
