Job description
Generac, based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join its Total Rewards team at the corporate headquarters in Waukesha. You will conduct complex analyses, support retirement and financial wellbeing benefits, and help implement programs that improve the employee experience.
You will partner with payroll, IS, and HR, ensure compliance, manage vendors, and drive data integrity across benefit systems while delivering competitive, compliant benefits.
