Job description
Starbucks is seeking a senior manager to lead the Beverage Category, shaping innovation, strategy, and go-to-market plans for new beverages across the U.S. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Sourcing, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to commercialize food experiences at scale.
You will drive strategy for seasonal beverages, align priorities in a matrix environment, and communicate clearly to senior leaders. Onsite work four days per week is required.
