Job description
The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Underwriting AVP for the BI Business Center in California. You will lead a team of underwriting leaders across multiple regions, align strategies with BI leadership, and drive underwriting quality improvements to meet business objectives.
You will partner with field and home-office leaders, influence stakeholders, and oversee talent development and performance management within a large, multi-regional team.
