The Ford Agency is recruiting for a professional Billing Coordinator to join the DC office of a top law firm. This role is essential to the firm's commitment to client service and is an excellent fit for a candidate with direct billing experience in another top law firm. Fantastic communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a personality that thrives in a client-focused and fast paced culture are keys to a candidate's success with this team.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepares accurate and complex client bills
Monitor and update billing system
Follow up with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure clients receive a timely response
Create monthly reports and billing schedules
Follow firm policies and procedures
Qualifications Include:
3+ years of hands on legal billing experience
5+ years of accounting or billing experience
Bachelor's Degree
Aderant strongly preferred
Professional communication and organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
