LOTTE BIOLOGICS in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead tech transfer and lifecycle optimization for mAb/ADC processes in a CDMO environment. You will partner with MS&T, Facilities, and Quality to ensure manufacturing readiness and scalable, compliant processes.
The role requires deep bioprocessing expertise, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering robust manufacturing solutions from transfer through commercial operations.
