Job description
Flagship Pioneering is seeking a VP, Business Development to own and execute the BD strategy for a subset of portfolio companies within our ecosystem. You will drive deal flow, collaborate across functions, and partner with senior leaders to shape value propositions for pharma partnerships.
You will work with CEOs and senior teams to frame strategies, identify value drivers, and create compelling deal concepts and term sheets that advance early-stage biotech and therapeutic modalities.
