Job description
Amgen is seeking a Senior Counsel in Biotech Patent Law to develop, implement and execute a global IP strategy protecting Amgen’s therapeutics and candidates, including antibodies, nucleic acid therapeutics, and cell therapies.
You will draft, file, and prosecute patent applications worldwide, perform prior art searches, give IP clearance opinions, and support transactions with due diligence and contract provisions; role can be remote within the United States.
