Job description
OU Health is seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist with 5+ years in the blood bank. You will perform immunohematology testing, label blood components, and ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance. You will mentor new staff, coordinate with nursing and lab teams, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requires MT/MLS/CLS/BB/SBB or MLT degree, national certification, and strong teamwork. This role is based in Oklahoma City with day shifts and no weekends.
