Senior Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (Senior BCBA)
Location: Naperville Clinic
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time (4 office days/week, with 1 flex day after 90-day onboarding)
As a BCBA-owned organization , IABA believes clinical decisions should come from experienced behavior analysts - not a distant corporate structure. As our Senior BCBA, you'll step into a leadership role that blends hands-on clinical oversight with real influence over how care is delivered in your clinic.
You’ll oversee your assigned clinic to ensure high-quality outcomes for both clients and their families, lead our parent training curriculum, and partner closely with treating BCBAs to keep every treatment plan individualized and socially valid. You’ll also complete assessments and authorizations, step in for caseload coverage when needed, and help shape the next generation of clinicians through case management and staff training.
If you're ready to lead with purpose, mentor with intention, and make a lasting impact on the families you serve, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
