Martin-Management-Group is seeking a Body Shop Director to lead the Dayton-area collision repair operations. You will set forecast goals, manage the annual budget, direct staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering top-notch customer service.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years supervising multi-rooftop shops, strong communication and writing skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel ~25% to nearby locations. Competitive pay between $165k and $200k plus benefits.
