Job description
Martin Management Group is seeking a Body Shop Director in Dayton, OH to lead daily operations, manage budgets, train staff, and ensure high quality repairs. You will coordinate with insurers and customers, provide fair estimates, and supervise a team to meet department goals.
The role requires 3+ years of supervisory collision repair experience, strong communication and writing skills, and a valid driver’s license. Expect travel about 25% and a competitive benefits package.
