BooksTime is a fast-growing, US-based accounting company with offices in Ukraine, the Philippines and the UAE. We are continually expanding our global presence and proudly providing services to over 500 clients (the majority based in the United States), and collaborating closely with a number of U.S.- based CPAs. We specialize in delivering tailored accounting outsourcing services for small and medium-sized businesses. What We’re Looking For:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or similar course
Strong understanding ofaccounting principlesandfinancial reporting
Minimum3 years of end-to-end accounting experience
Proficiency inMS Excel/Google Sheets
Highlyreliable, detail-oriented, andproactive
ExcellentEnglish communication skills
Experience working withclients directly, familiarity withUS GAAP, andSMEs
Demonstratedproject management skills
Preferred Qualifications (a plus):
Experience in amulticultural work environment
CPAor equivalent certification
Proficiency or certification inQuickBooks / Xero
Experience with3rd-party applicationssuch as Gusto, Bill.com, Stripe, etc.
