Job description
HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with deep BPaaS and outsourced services experience.
You will serve as a strategic legal partner to BPaaS lines of business, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex agreements while guiding regulatory and data privacy considerations across global operations. The role requires 7–10 years in commercial law, the ability to work independently, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
