Job description
Ocean Bankshares is seeking a VP; Branch Manager for their Miami Lakes location. In this role, you will manage branch operations while overseeing lending and deposit gathering. You will also support the Relationship Managers in managing their loan portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong banking background with at least 7 years of experience in sales and lending, along with supervisory skills. A commitment to excellent customer service and team leadership is essential.
