Job description
NBT Bank in Gloversville, NY is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee a Tier III branch and model exceptional customer service aligned with bank products. You will lead, coach and manage staff to achieve sales objectives and ensure profitable branch operation.
Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, prior sales management, and outside business development. Travel is under 50% and a valid driver's license and NMLS certification (or ability to obtain) are required.
