Job description
U.S. Bank seeks a Branch Manager to lead and develop a team, delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with banking laws and policies. You will drive branch performance and promote U.S. Bank products through collaboration with partners in wealth, business banking, mortgage, and payments.
You will coach, mentor, and motivate staff, manage relationships within the local market, and uphold high standards of integrity and service in a five‑day on-site workweek.
