Job description
Floor & Decor is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing planning and drive brand affinity across all customer touchpoints. You will manage a small team and partner with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and E‑commerce to deliver on-brand, omnichannel campaigns.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 5+ years in Brand/Integrated Marketing, plus people management.
