Job description
HDR is seeking a Senior Leader to serve as Major Bridge Technical Director within the Bridges & Structures group. You will champion technical leadership for HDR’s major bridge portfolio, guide design teams, and manage staffing and training across North America, with travel as needed.
You will mentor engineers, help grow HDR’s market presence, and ensure QA/QC standards are applied consistently while advancing innovative bridge solutions.
