Job description
Lerch Bates is seeking a Senior Building Enclosure Restoration Consultant (Licensed PE) in The Colony, TX. You will lead complex restoration projects, acting as the senior technical authority on building envelope systems, guiding investigations, design, and construction support.
You will mentor teams, develop client relationships, and oversee budgets and schedules while applying advanced building science to roofing, waterproofing, façades, glazing, sealants, and concrete repair.
