Job description
KW Property Management & Consulting in Florida seeks a Chief Engineer to lead day-to-day maintenance of a high-rise property. You will supervise the maintenance staff, coordinate with the Association Manager, and uphold safety and service standards for residents.
The role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, plus excellent time management and communication skills. A Florida driver's license and proficiency with Word/Excel are required.
