nSenior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization (ACH)
nWhat does a successful Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization do at Fiserv?
nAs a successful Senior Business Advisor, Payments Optimization, you will serve as the primary resource responsible for documenting current-state and future-state PEP+ processes, facilitating requirements gathering, supporting implementation activities and ultimately assuming ownership of these initiatives across both organizations.
nWhat you will do:
nnnProvide end-to-end support and ownership for the following active system optimization efforts: Same day settlement, ACH Optimization and file changes, ACH credit push and reinitiation enhancements
n
nnEstablish comprehensive documentation of PEP+ business processes and workflows
n
nnCreate and maintain a centralized knowledge repository across both organizations
n
nnEnsure business requirements remain aligned with technical implementation
n
nnSupport issue resolution, testing, and process optimization activities
n
nnReduce dependency on technical SMEs for business analysis functions
n
nnCommunicate directly with Credit One's Product Owner and facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners
n
nnProvide long-term ownership and governance for post-implementation enhancements
n
n nWhat you will need to have:
nnnStrong working knowledge of PEP+ payment processing systems.
n
nnExperience documenting business processes, requirements, and operational procedures
n
nnStrong understanding of ACH processing, settlement, and payments operations
n
nnExperience supporting large-scale system optimization initiatives.
n
nnExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
n
nnAbility to navigate Finxact and understand integration touchpoints to support future optimization efforts
n
n nWhat would be great to have:
nnnAbility to work in, Las Vegas, NV
n
nnFamiliarity with Finxact and Savana platforms
n

nYou must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. nSalary Range
n$111,000.00 - $188,400.00
nThese pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
nFor incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
