Job description
We are partnering on a newly created opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst, Accounting Systems to play a key role at the intersection of Accounting, IT, and Data Engineering .
This position will take ownership of a critical accounting platform (ERP) and its broader data ecosystem, driving enhancements, integrations, and data quality across the organization.
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Stockyards) – 100% onsite (5 days/week)

Responsibilities include:
Own the roadmap for accounting systems and integrated platforms
Define data requirements, mappings, and transformation logic
Partner with IT & Data teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Act as the bridge between Accounting and technical teams
Lead system and data initiatives from concept through delivery
Enable accurate financial reporting and analytics (e.g., Power BI)
Ensure data integrity, governance, and system performance
What we are looking for:
5+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or similar roles
Strong SQL skills and experience with data validation/ETL concepts
Ability to translate business needs into technical/data requirements
Experience working cross-functionally with Accounting & IT teams
Experience with accounting systems (ERP platforms)
Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory or Power BI
