Job description
Knowledge Builders Inc in New York seeks a Senior Business Analyst to elicit requirements and map to-to-be processes, coordinating between ITS, OCFS Program, BSSI and Finance staff.
You will assist with system testing, develop test plans, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with Services programs (Child Welfare, Adult Protective, Domestic Violence). Requires 60 months IES experience, a Bachelor’s Degree and BA certification.
