Conduct business analysis sessions and gather business requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
Document and communicate business requirements effectively.
Prepare detailed functional specifications.
Support functional consultants throughout the solution development process.
Validate proposed solutions against business requirements.
Assist with system testing, including test preparation and validation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Experience And Education
8-12 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and systems.
Proven experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
Ability to translate business needs into clear and effective functional requirements.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with functional consultants and supporting testing activities.
