Responsibilities
Owns the requirements relationship with business stakeholders for assigned domains.
Leads discovery through interviews, observation, facilitated workshops, and data analysis.
Analyzes stated requests to identify underlying business problems and presents solution options.
Authors precise, testable, and traceable requirements and acceptance criteria.
Defines future-state processes with business stakeholders, including operational impact.
Leads backlog refinement for assigned domains and participates in sprint planning.
Represents business requirements in technical trade-off discussions and technical constraints to business stakeholders.
Advises the Manager of Software Development on prioritization, including supporting business analysis.
Identifies cross-domain impact of proposed changes.

Defines the test strategy for assigned domains, including scope and depth based on assessed risk.
Designs and maintains the regression suite for assigned domains.
Executes and coordinates functional, integration, regression, and data validation testing.
Plans and leads User Acceptance Testing, including scenario design, facilitation, and business sign-off.
Investigates defects to root cause and recommends corrective process changes.
Contributes to the definition of release quality gates.
Contributes to requirement templates, test standards, and definition of done.
Mentors junior and mid-level analysts through review, pairing, and feedback.
Reviews requirement and test documentation authored by other analysts.
Participates in interviewing and assessment of analyst candidates.
Contributes to release communication, end-user documentation, and training for significant changes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications Education/Experience:
Required
Six or more years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or a combined role; or equivalent demonstrated scope, including ownership of a business domain.
Demonstrated experience leading discovery on undefined business problems and producing supported recommendations.
Demonstrated requirements authorship sufficient for development with minimal clarification.
Demonstrated experience leading User Acceptance Testing with business users.
Demonstrated experience mentoring analysts.
Preferred
Experience on a customer relationship management (CRM) implementation or comparable core operational system.
Domain expertise in call center operations, scheduling, dispatch, routing, or field service operations.
Experience establishing business analysis or quality assurance standards for a team.
Integration and data migration testing experience at scale.
Hands‑on quality assurance experience across test strategy, test design, and execution.
Demonstrated experience maintaining a regression suite over multiple release cycles.
Change management or end‑user training experience for a system implementation.

SQL proficiency for data analysis and validation.
Process modeling proficiency, including BPMN or comparable notation.
Working knowledge of quality metrics such as defect escape rate, coverage, and requirement volatility.
Test automation proficiency using Selenium, Playwright, or comparable tools.
API testing proficiency using Postman or comparable tools.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
