FT / PT Status – Full-Time Benefits Eligibility – This position is eligible for a full benefits package. Salary – $25.22 - $51.82 Hourly Wage Remote Work / In-Office – Hybrid Application Deadline – 10/4/2026*
Key Responsibilities
The Functional Senior Business Analyst acts as the liaison between division staff and the vendor; facilitate/chair workgroups to maintain system design documents; ensures deadlines are met; review system design documentation for compliance with procedures, policies, regulations and standards have been applied/maintained; make recommendations to management for improving and/or maintaining effective information analysis support for the organization; assist with user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities Include
Review system documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and standards.
Coordinate and participate in operational releases.
Facilitate/Chair work groups, teams, and/or meetings. Creates a positive environment, evaluates group processes, recommends solutions or alternatives, etc.
Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter according to Division needs.
Review and/or inspect work for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Research and recommend system enhancements to better meet customer needs.
Perform activities which may include: the utilization of SharePoint and other computer software programs to store data, retrieve stored data, analyze retrieved data, and arrange results in a format that effectively supports Medicaid’s production activities; and helps identify better ways to utilize the system's capabilities.
Monitor and evaluate operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness.
Utilize MS Word, Excel and Google Workspace to create documents and reports.
Review and perform user acceptance testing.

This position is currently a hybrid of two (2) days in-office and three (3) remote work days. Please note, a position's eligibility for remote work is established by agency management and is subject to change at their discretion, at any time, and for any reason
