Job description
HMSA seeks a Research and Data Analyst to deliver objective analysis of internal operations performance. You will gather and analyze information to identify trends, issues, innovations, and potential problems, and present results with concise recommendations.
You will lead performance improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and communicate findings through professional written reports and presentations. A Bachelor's degree and five years related experience are required.
