About us
We're building Predicate, a platform setting the standard for seamless and real-time compliance enforcement for financial applications built on blockchains. Predicate empowers teams to create modular policy enforcement for anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance enforced in real-time before transactions are executed. Our system enforces these policies with cryptographic guarantees, providing robust, scalable risk management tailored to real-world use cases. Today, we power the end-to-end compliance infrastructure for fintechs and financial institutions across the digital assets industry.
The role
As Senior Business Development Lead, you will deeply understand enterprise customers’ core compliance and regulatory challenges. This role extends beyond a traditional sales function and bridges into a deployment strategist function. Success will come by serving as a trusted partner of enterprise customers to design onchain compliance solutions that meet the business, legal, and regulatory requirements of their financial products.
Responsibilities
Close six-figure annual recurring contracts with fintechs, financial institutions, and web3 companies
Manage a pipeline across the full sales cycle, including prospecting, technical scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract close
Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into concrete product and technical decisions in coordination with customer engineering, compliance, and legal stakeholders
Provide strategic guidance on compliance architecture decisions including freeze and blacklist designs, KYC/KYB workflows, and AML/CFT screening approaches
Identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships that expand Predicate's distribution and product
Collaborate with Predicate engineering and product teams to relay customer and partner feedback into the roadmap
Contribute to the development and refinement of Predicate's go-to-market strategy as a senior member of the business team
What we look for
5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within crypto, fintech, or regulated financial infrastructure
Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing complex, technical, enterprise-level agreements
Excitement to architect solutions with enterprise customers, through the design process until commercials close
Ability to translate ambiguous regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, actionable guidance for customer teams
Strong understanding of, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, blockchain infrastructure and the regulatory landscape governing digital assets
An existing professional network within crypto, fintech, or financial services
