Job description
Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking a Principal of Business Development (Remote) to accelerate growth for a rapidly scaling advisory firm. You will capitalize on C-suite access, industry relationships, and PE networks to open doors and convert executive-level access into meaningful revenue.
You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, collaborate with MDs and SMEs, and expand a disciplined pipeline across healthcare, tech, financial services, and other target markets.
