You'll focus on developing new business, building lasting client partnerships, and collaborating with our recruiters to deliver customized solutions for our clients.Responsibilities:Generate new business through cold calls, email outreach, and networking eventsGrow relationships with current accounts to become a go-to resource for hiring needsMeet with clients in-person and virtually to discuss hiring needs and present LaSalle's servicesPartner closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless client experienceOvercome objections, negotiate contracts, and secure dealsCollaborate with peers and leadership to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure a cohesive sales approachRequirements:Proven success in a B2B sales role; must have a track record of consistently exceeding KPIs and performance targetsCompetitive, motivated and driven to exceed goalsSkilled at building relationships and closing dealsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesCoachable; eager to learn, apply feedback, and grow your career in a high-performance environmentComfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)Compensation & Benefits:Base salary: $70,000-80,000.
